Our Caregivers
To ensure the highest level of care for you or a loved one, Synergy HomeCare of Phoenix has a strenuous selection process for choosing our caregivers, including multiple interviews, background checks, reference checks and drug screening. Once hired, all caregivers complete a comprehensive training program, and are CPR and First Aid certified, TB tested, bonded and insured.

Our Executive Staff
Meridell Sloterbeek is owner of Synergy HomeCare in Phoenix, Arizona. Meridell’s first stint in the health care career field was a pediatric nurse. Within years, she rose through the ranks and became a hospital CEO. Sloterbeek now owns Phoenix-based Synergy HomeCare. Sloterbeek’s goal is to provide non-medical home care services that people trust and are delivered by caring and compassionate caregivers. At any time of day or night a potential client can call seeking services of Synergy HomeCare.
