Our Caregivers
To ensure the highest level of care for you or a loved one, Synergy HomeCare of Phoenix has a strenuous selection process for choosing our caregivers, including multiple interviews, background checks, reference checks and drug screening. Once hired, all caregivers complete a comprehensive training program, and are CPR and First Aid certified, TB tested, bonded and insured.
